BEOREGON is an award-winning diversity and inclusion initiative based around the athletics department at the University of Oregon.

The Ask: Eliminate confusion about the BEOREGON rainbow color way and establish a clearer sense that BEOREGON is all-inclusive, not simply an LGBTQ+ campaign.

The Yellow & Green Creed

In a world where color divides us, these colors unite us. They’re our reminder that there is no one way to be a duck.

Regardless of our differences, we all get soaked by the same rain, we feel the same pain at the loss of a game, and most importantly, the unwavering unity of a win, which vibrates through the very O’s we throw.

We are all layered individuals, each with a unique story to tell of how we got here and where we’re going.

Nevertheless, our hearts will forever be left in Oregon, the place where you will always be welcomed with wings open wide.

BEOREGON Rebrand Pitch

Our idea: Focus on yellow and green to show BEOREGON is affiliated with the University of Oregon and how these colors & shared experiences at UO athletic events are a common denominator and bonding moment for the community.

BEOREGON Display (2019/2020)

We designed and conceptualized an interactive display that can replace the need for tabling at BEOREGON games that show the brand’s five pillars and explains that each of the colors stem from every color of jersey worn at the U of O.
